Check-in and Check-out Procedures
At Abrams Properties LLC, we ensure hassle-free check-in and check-out procedures for your convenience. Our detailed instructions will guide you on accessing the property smoothly upon arrival and checking out effortlessly at the end of your stay.
- Check-in begins at 3 pm and you will receive the detailed instructions one day before your arrival.
- Check out is at 10 am. Before checking out, please make sure everything is turned off, the doors and windows are locked, and the keys are returned. Please place all used towels into a washing machine, all used dishes into a dishwashing machine, and pick up your trash before you leave. If the grill was used, please make sure to clean it before checking out to avoid additional $50 cleaning fee.
Guest Behaviour Guidelines
We value a respectful and pleasant atmosphere at Abrams Properties LLC. Our guest behavior guidelines set clear expectations for behavior, contributing to a harmonious environment during your stay with us.
- Our quiet time begins at 11 pm and lasts till 7 am. During that time there will be no loud gatherings and parties allowed.
- There is no smoking inside the house, however, the designated smoking area outside the house is provided. Additional $500 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.
- No shoes are allowed inside the house. Additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.
- Please return all games accessories to storage box on the patio and all remote controls by the devices
- Pets are a full responsibility of their owners. Pets must be housebroken, well-behaved and should not be left in the house or backyard unattended. There is an additional $150 per pet per stay charge. Owners must clean up after their pets. Please review our pet policy for additional details.
- Ten people maximum, additional guests can be added at $100 per night.
Safety
Your safety is our priority at Abrams Properties LLC. We provide easy access to emergency contact information, including local services and our 24/7 support team (information provided prior to arrival), for your peace of mind during your stay. Fire extinguisher is available under the kitchen sink and First Aid Kit is available in the laundry area.
As a precaution, please shut off all propane tanks under the grill and fire pit after each use.
